Work begins on the Sherishta/Dredha landfill: A modern standard is set for cleaning the city

The Mayor of Vlora, Ermal Dredha, announced today that after the completion of all legal processes, the Sherishta Landfill has started operating. This landfill in Vlora, according to the mayor, is expected to have a contemporary standard in cleaning the city.

During his inspection of the landfill, Dredha saw the situation closely and talked with the employees about starting work at this landfill.

Dredha announced that this is a co-investment of the German Development Bank and the Municipality of Vlora.

Dredha said that all residents will see the results of the work as the days go by, while the full function of this landfill will open a new page in the tourist season, also in this regard. /CNA
