Ministrja Diella/ Topalli: E pabesueshme futja në rend dite e një dekreti që ngjante me një meme

Deputetja e Partisë Demokratike, Jozefina Topalli në fjalën e saj u ndal te dekretimi i ministres virtuale Diella.

Topalli e quajti një dekret antikushteues që më shumë ngjante me një meme. Më tej, Topalli foli dhe për rregulloren e re të Kuvendit.

Rregullore për të cilën tha se nuk ka ndodhur kurrë që të ndryshohet që në seancën e parë të legjislaturës dhe pa miratim.

“Futja në rend dite e një dekreti antikushtetues, që ngjante me një meme është e pabesueshme. Realisht mendova se ishte një meme. Pyesni Gramoz Ruçin a ka ndodhur ndonjëherë që të përfshihet në rend dite dhe në dekretin e presidentit një lodër teknologjike. A ka ndodhur ndonjëherë që dita e parë e legjislancionit të nisë me ndryshimin e rregullores pa miratim”, tha Topalli./CNA
