The chairman of the Freedom Party, Ilir Meta, has expressed support for the opposition candidate for Kurbin in the May 14 elections, Behar Haxhian.

Through a status on social networks, Meta says with conviction that the opposition will win the local elections in Kurbin.

He declares that he sees Haxhia as the future mayor, while claiming a historic result in the election of councilors.

"It was a pleasure to participate today in the meeting of the Presidency of Kurbin with our candidate of the United Opposition, Mr. Behar Haxhia for mayor on May 14!

Together with the leaders of the Freedom Party and the honorable deputy of Kurbin, Mr. Kastriot Piroli, we expressed our conviction in the historic victory of May 14, which all Kurbin citizens are eagerly waiting for to separate forever from the monism and arrogance of a minority usurpers.

I thanked the democrats of Kurbin for the excellent selection they made during the primaries, with Mr. Behar Haxhia, as the next mayor.

I am convinced that Mr. Behar Haxhia will bring the model of cooperation with all Kurbina citizens.

The Freedom Party towards a historic result on May 14 will guarantee accountability and transparency to citizens.
