The head of the CEC, Ilirjan Celibashi, gave Lulzim Basha 48 hours to complete the documentation to register in the May 14 elections.
Deputy Gazment Bardhi is on behalf of Basha and says that they will not take any additional documents to the CEC.
He declared on Ylli Rakip's show that "they will not fulfill the whims of Celibashi".
"I expect the commissioner to turn the decision into a legal decision. He still hasn't published and explained the decision he made public around 11:00. We will definitely appeal it.
