"May 14" will be a tragedy-comedy/ Bozhinaku: Alibejn does not even

Lawyer Enida Bozhinaku has reacted after the recent scandals of Lulzim Basha with false authorizations and the court's decision on the stamp of the DP.

Among other things, Bozinaku stated that Enkelejd Alibeaj is not recognized as the chairman of the DP by the law on political parties, neither by the CEC nor by Basha himself.

In the end, she came to the conclusion that the DP will be represented in the elections by Basha and that May 14 will be a tragedy-comedy for Albanians.

"Kjo vula u kthye në qesharake, jo se nuk ishte në vetvehte por, në aspektin ligjor derisa Basha nuk ka dhënë formalisht dorëheqjen, KQZ, në sa përcakton ligji, si kryetar njeh Bashën. Nga ana tjetër, plotësohet kuadri i ilegjitimitetit të apelit të bërë nga Alibeaj, si kryetar i komanduar, pasi kjo figurë nuk njihet as nga ligji për partitë politike as nga Statuti i PD - ës (Bashës) dhe, së fundmi as nga KQZ. Pra, në fund:
- opozita (PD) përfaqësohet këto zgjedhje nga Basha (i dorëhequr me llafe, por jo juridikisht);
- apeli del hapur që ka dhënë një vendim (përtej llojit) në kundërshtim me ligjin proçedural;
- opozita e popullit demokrat e ri-themeluar mbeti "si e drejta natyrore", me fjalë, pa letra;
- zgjedhjet e 14 majit një tragji-komedi anarko-shqiptare.
