The head of the CEC, Ilirjan Celibashi, while examining the requests for the revival of the Democratic Party in the May 14 elections, stated that Lulzim Basha has the right to request the registration of the party in the elections.
As for the documentation submitted to the CEC by Basha, Celibashi said that it is incomplete.
"The documentation of Basha's group is not complete. The authorizing act must be clear", said Celibashi./ CNA.al
