The secretary of the DP for electoral issues, Ivi Kaso, has spoken about the registration of the Democratic Party in the local elections of May 14.

Kaso said on Erla Mëhilli's show that the head of the CEC, Ilirjan Celibashi, can save the process.

He stated that Celibashi should be careful when reading the documents and consider the fact that Alibeaj's documentation shows an old photograph of the PD.

"If you were to carelessly take the chronology of the registrations, you will see that the last registration presented by Basha as chairman is that of 2018. Celibashi should take into account that Alibeaj's documentation shows an old photo, deputies who once supported Basha today they say that he has resigned. The last legal process of 2021 has not been registered due to a complaint", stressed Kaso./ CNA.al
