Prime Minister Edi Rama has spoken about the law for special professions and salary increases for many sectors.

In a statement to the media, Rama said that the new law includes a set of professions and duties in the public service that are related to special skills, starting with digital skills.

According to the Prime Minister, competitive salaries should be offered in the market, unlike other professions.

" Starting from April, they will be rewarded according to high salaries. We are equal to Serbia in salary, we are above Kosovo and in a high average. All countries are about the same salary. We are making a new law for a set of professions and tasks in the public service that have to do with special skills, starting with digital skills. We must offer salaries that are competitive in the market, just like for other professions. We need to increase salaries and be the best in the service of the state. We are giving a boost to the digitalization revolution.

On the other hand, the law on personal income tax. We will remove taxation on the salary up to the salary of 50 thousand new lek", said Rama./ CNA.al
