During the last few days, Prime Minister Edi Rama has given successive interviews to the Italian media, which are interested in the growth of tourism in Albania and in political issues.
Even today, the head of the government spoke to another media outlet of the neighboring state. Rama has shared this interview on his social networks, where he declares that the Italian press is "crazy" for generous Albania.
He says that the requests from across the Adriatic do not cease, as the Italians are flocking to our shores.
"These days remind me of the time when, after we took our nurses to Italy, the Italian press went "crazy" for generous Albania and the requests for interviews from newspapers, televisions, and radio across the Adriatic never stopped!
Praise God and thanks to the persistent work started from the tail of the horse of Europe, when no one had us in mind except to point to us, rightly and wrongly, as a gloomy place of traffic and criminality, today this interest is no longer related with the tragic side, but with a beautiful side of life, the pleasure that the Reborn Touristic Albania offers to vacationers from all over Europe, where the Italians are among the most exalted and are flocking to our shores in numbers that you could predict only a few years ago they would have taken you for crazy", writes Rama./ CNA
