On a disgusting interview with Mayor Erion Veliaj...

From his cell, Erion Veliaj continues to give interviews and statements to the media, and it is no surprise that the first ones to go would be the partners of the incinerators, those who paid tens of millions of euros to the citizens of Tirana for an incinerator that does not exist. They
would go to the media of propaganda, blackmail and beneficiaries of public funds. They would go to interviews even with international brands, with journalists who just need to be approached to understand the interest in the interview.

When you watch Erion Veliaj on a television (the name of the television is not being mentioned on purpose, to emphasize that our line and this article have nothing to do with the name of the television and what it represents, but rather with people who use media windows for their personal interests), it is normal for an international brand, journalist Jonida Shehu, with a lot of experience, but in the interview, servility to the end.


Such a large space given without any meaning, since many previous interviews had been confirmed and Veliaj's only message was that he had started fasting, when in fact he himself is an evangelist, who has also married people of the same sex in the Municipality of Tirana. CNA has brought this with facts and evidence.


Let's look at the facts. Why all this servility towards Erion Veliaj?!


Journalist Jonida Shehu is a professional, but has interests related to the Municipality of Tirana. Her husband, Albi Çifligu, is one of the beneficiaries of funds from the municipality. With an events company, party organization, etc., in partnership and in cooperation with citizen Kosta Gjylameti, who is the husband of the socialist MP, Blerina Gjylameti, they are the people who have organized dozens of events, cultural activities, etc., but which results in the Municipality of Tirana often having a logo at these events, or being a sponsor.

So, they are direct beneficiaries, so it is not surprising why journalist Jonida Shehu was so kind in the questions sent by letter, even though she had given all that space to a mayor arrested for two serious criminal offenses, who in fact had consumed everything he said to Jonida Shehu elsewhere.

And it's not just this case of conflict of interest, there's a second one. One of the main executives of the television station is the wife of Redi Molla, one of the people arrested for the "5D" file. So, we're not just dealing with a coincidence that we attributed to Jonida and the granting of space, but it seems to be beyond that.


The connections between "5D", Erion Veliaj and the media, are proven, but they also go to those television logos, where even the most unimaginable becomes conceivable and is proven with concrete facts and evidence, such as the case when a prisoner is re-interviewed, no news is produced, while the interviewer is the beneficiary of the prisoner's funds, or the director is the beneficiary of the funds that her husband stole in the "5D" file.

There is not much to say about why Erion Veliaj's interview was so extensive in this international brand.
