Prime Minister Edi Rama, in a post on social media, explained why the Skanderbeg monument in Tirana has been covered.

Rama writes that the reason was the taking of forms to realize a monument to Gjergj Kastrioti in the museum of the same name in Paris.

Referring to the opposition's accusations, Rama writes that the scaffolding will be removed and they will have to find another betrayal.

" There is a persistent quagmire circulating in the social swamp about the reason for covering the Skanderbeg monument in Tirana and curses for national treason are being formulated, based on accusations of conspiracy against the Athlete of Christ in the Glorious Month of Ramadan. The reason is very simple, but also beautiful in this case.
