Lawyer Genc Gjokutaj declared that there are no longer any coercive measures against the leader of the Democrats Sali Berisha.

So it is under investigation, but yesterday the court removed all security measures. I understand today we only received the slide of this opinion. You have seen the exits we made after the shocked hearings because we were faced with absurd decisions, without facts without evidence, without circumstances, without conditions without criteria, without risk of flight, without witness intimidation, without risk for the evidence, which are the conditions and the criteria required by law.
