This Wednesday, SPAK revealed details of the investigations for the deputy of the Socialist Party, Plarent Ndreca, as it announced that it has sent the file for trial to the Special Court.

The affair in which the socialist deputy is accused of being involved is that of the police stations , which is known as the public procurement contract "Study and Design of some State Police facilities.

The tender had a total value of ALL 54,234,000 (without VAT) and provided for the reconstruction of four police stations, those of Vlora, Mirdita, Pogradec and No. 4 of Tirana, which did not happen like this.

According to SPAK, the tender ended with the reconstruction of only two police stations of Mirdita and that No. 4 in Tirana. Their reconstruction was carried out with the value of 34,248,000 ALL.

The Special Prosecutor's Office emphasizes that the reduction was not made because the Ministry of the Interior did not have the full fund, but to favor the winner who signed the contract for only two objects, as much as the funds were available.

During this time, Ndreca intervened to announce the winner of the tender as Secretary General of the Ministry of Interior and Head of the Contracting Authority.

In the announcement, it is emphasized that Ndreca led a group of officials and declared the citizen Gjon Radovani the winner, despite not meeting the legal criteria.

"From the evidence collected, it results that a group of officials led ex officio by Plarent Ndreca, former Secretary General of the Ministry of the Interior, who was the Head of the Contracting Authority committed legal violations in the stages of the tender to declare the citizen the winner Gjon Radovani, despite the latter's non-fulfillment of the legal criteria", says the SPAK announcement.

We remind you that the violations in Ndreca and the officials for this tender were found by the High State Control, which reported to the Special Prosecutor's Office.

The HCSH evidenced that legal deviations had been committed in the competition for intervention in the Police Stations of Vlora, Mirdita, Pogradec and that no. 4 in Tirana, which have violated the equality of tender participants.
