Revocation of the measures for Berisha/ Bardhi: The right legal decision

The head of the DP group, Gazment Bardhi, has called the revocation of security measures for Sali Berisha by GJKKO an appropriate legal decision.

"The revocation by GJKKO of the disproportionate restrictive measures against Sali Berisha is the right legal decision and under the spirit, standard and logic of the decision of the Constitutional Court a few days ago. Every day of delay would be a political attack of justice against the opponents of Edi Rama's regime, with the aim of hindering their political activity in the full functionality of the opposition battle.
