The government, the tower for itself and for private individuals, KKT passed

The National Council of the Territory revealed the announcements for its last four meetings held from September to November, where, among other things, a series of tower projects of mostly over 20 floors stand out.

It is about projects where some parts are already known and may have passed a preliminary approval link related to development or construction permits as well as the start of other construction phases after the first phase.

Among other things, the government seems to have given approval for two of its tower projects, the first of which is the one on Jean D'Arc Boulevard. It is about one of several projects that will be developed as part of the state properties in cooperation with the private sector where the land will be given in order to benefit from the construction area that will be used for offices. The total construction area is expected to be 51,388 m2, where the offices will be 4,915 meters together with the common outdoor space.

Another project similar to Jean Dark is the one that will build offices for the State Cadastre Agency on Panorama Street near Harry Fultz School. This project will be 54 meters high and will develop two construction areas, one 27,925 meters and the other 24,925 meters. The cost of this project is estimated at 31 million euros.

Other notable projects are a 30-story building in the Kamza area, another 44-story building on Asim Vokshi Street, or 44 and 55-story buildings on Dritan Hoxha Street.

In addition to the construction projects of several tens of floors, KKT has approved in its last meetings several projects for photovoltaic plants, infrastructure projects which have already begun to be implemented on the ground for a long time, such as the expansion of the Tirana-Durrës highway, but also some constructions with touristic purposes in some areas on the coast. In the same way, in the surroundings of Tirana, residential projects have been approved, mainly with the typology of villas or low floors.
