Berisha accuses Rama on Independence Day/ "Ismail Qemali would not

Chief Democrat Sali Berisha has accused Prime Minister Edi Rama on Independence Day. He said that if Ismail Qemali and the other fathers of independence woke up today, they would not recognize anything from Albania. According to him, Albania is led by an anti-Albanian, who is depopulating the country.

"Today I have a heartfelt greeting for all the citizens of Vlora, for all Albanians, Happy Holidays, the date of birth, the new date of birth of modern Albania, Independence Day.

A day in which Ismail Bey Vlora, with a genius vision and in conditions completely opposite to his dream and the dreams of the Albanians, raised the flag of Skënderbey in Vlora, proclaimed Independence in a saving act of the existence of Albania, but also of the nation Albanian.

If Ismail Bey Vlora and the other fathers of independence were to wake up today, they would not recognize anything from the Albania in which they declared independence.

Albania is years and light years away. But if on the material, physical level, the changes are light years away, again unfortunately, the similarities are inevitable. After the declaration of independence, they ran to get Albania's independence.

He brought back arrests, political prisons and the unrestrained mass appropriation of public assets, plunging Albanians into progressive misery. We are a Democratic Party, we are a party of non-violence, we are a party of values, civil disobedience, free vote. The road we have started is the road to victory. Very big steps have been taken, we were the most unjustly isolated political force in Europe, although we defended the most precious European values ??in our country, but we did not retreat.

We continued convinced that we are defending not only values ??for Albanians, specifically, but also for others. And today we gather at a time when we have received the strongest international support in our entire existence.

Today, the Tirana regime has been punished internationally by the center-right parties, like no other regime, after that of North Korea and any other dictatorship. But today, all these are inspiration and dedication for us. Let's continue because the truth is, we are the last hope and history will never forgive us, if we don't save Albanians from this narco-dictatorship.

I have a lot of faith, I am confident that we will achieve our goals. This day, if you go back 112 years ago, with the extraordinary difficulties in which Ismail Bey Vlora and his associates, while supported by only one country in the world, against all, dared to raise the flag of Skanderbeg in Vlora.

If we recall our heritage, Skanderbeg's wars among the most unequal, nothing can prevent us, to archive Edi Rama in the annals of shame of history and his regime and to return to Albanians, free vote, dignity , the victory of the opposition.
