What Mr. Vangjeli says that "Sali Berisha interpreted the Constitution" is not correct. Who approved the Constitution? Who approved the Code of Criminal Procedure? Who approved the regulation of the Assembly? These are legal acts approved by the Assembly, which interpreted the MP's immunity in the case of Mr. Tahiri", she said.

However, the daughter of the former prime minister was opposed by Vangjeli, who stated that they are two different issues.

“Don't mention it, ma'am. They are two completely different things. In the case of Mr. Tahiri, the Prosecution went to the Parliament because it requested the measure of arrest in prison. It had to go in that case. While in the case of Mr. Berisha, he thought that the obligation to appear was not a measure that required the authorization of the Parliament", said Vangjeli. / CNA
