"The departure of Albanians"/ Ilda Zhulali gives the message:

The Democratic Party's candidate for deputy on the open list for Tirana, Ilda Zhulali, spoke in a video message about one of the most dangerous "epidemics", that of citizens leaving the country.

Zhulali spoke with figures, saying that in the last 12 years, 1/3 of Albania's population has left.
