Draft law on surrogacy/ Goal: Women will be used as reserves to produce babies

The deputy of the Democratic Party, Albana Vokshi, said from the blue seat that currently the Socialist Party has blocked any normal action in the Investigative Commission for health concessions.
She denounced that the socialist members of the Investigative Commission have decided that the opposition no longer needs the commission and replaced the role of the chairman who calls the meetings and directs the work of the commission by inventing signature voting.
"So, they will spend Albanians' money to go to hospitals or health centers, on a propaganda tour, to tell us how happy Albanians are to pay 80 or so thousand for a sterilization set, which should cost much more a little, and how good women feel from the "chek up", when they get the fictitious answer that they suffer from prostate", said Vokshi.
Full statement:
In these 11 years, there is not a single case that Edi Rama has kept to the end of a political agreement. There is no case that the law has triumphed over the prime minister's personal interest. In his 11 years of governance, all institutions, including the parliament, have been treated as appendages in the service of Edi Rama's personal power.
We had no doubt that the miracle would happen when we agreed to become part of the parliamentary investigative commissions. We know that Edi Rama's will is to obstruct the parliamentary investigation, especially of the health concessions, which amount to 200 million euros and where his close friend Ilir Beqaj, his party loyalist Ogerta Manastirliu and the financier are directly involved official of the Socialist Party, Vilma Nushi.
Currently, the Socialist Party has blocked any normal action in the investigative commission for health concessions. I am here today to introduce you to a new act by Edi Rama's deputies, which embarrasses the Parliament and mocks the Albanian citizens, who knock on the doors of public hospitals, without receiving the proper service and spending hundreds of thousands, often millions of lek per day to be treated in private hospitals.
In an unprecedented act, the socialist members of the investigative commission have decided that the opposition no longer needs the commission and replaced the role of the chairman who calls the meetings and directs the work of the commission, inventing signature voting.
According to this illegal procedure, which overthrows the main pillar of the parliamentary investigation, its direction by the petitioner, i.e. by us as the opposition, the socialists decided yesterday, unilaterally and illegally, without notifying us, to carry out visits to the implementing institutions of contracts subject to investigation.
So, they will spend Albanians' money to go to hospitals or health centers, on a propaganda tour, to tell us how happy Albanians are who pay 80 or so thousand for a sterilization set, which should cost much less. and how good women feel from the check-up, when they receive the fictitious answer that they suffer from prostate.
But apart from being ridiculous, with this plan they have undermined the parliamentary procedures.
• There is no preliminary investigative plan approved by the Investigative Commission
. • There is no meeting document where the experts of both parties presented the final investigative plan for approval, as the law also stipulates.
• There is no plan of activities or visits discussed or approved by the commission
• There is no letter of request for information approved by the investigative commission
Any unilateral act, which will be undertaken by the socialist members to make the government's sanctimonious propaganda, will have consequences. As the head of the committee, I will consider such an illegal plan, which involves financial expenses from the Assembly, an economic damage and I will prosecute anyone who becomes part of this financial abuse.
Everything that is happening these 2 months with the blocking of the commission for health concessions has only one purpose: that Edi Rama does not give his testimony before the investigative commission. Even at the TIMS commission, they conditioned everything on the removal of Edi Rama from the list of witnesses.
We know that Edi Rama is afraid of the parliamentary investigation, that's why he blocks it!
I call on SP deputies to rise above the personal interest of their prime minister and protect the public interest. Let's establish a normality in the commission. Respect the law! To allow transparency for 200 million euro concessions.
For this reason, I have called a meeting of the commission's leadership on Monday, at 12.00, to decide together with the socialist vice-president and the secretary how we will move forward. And on Monday, I called the committee meeting at 1:00 p.m. with 2 requests on the agenda:
To approve requests for information.
To give experts time to draft a joint investigative plan.
As part of the opposition, we are determined to make transparency about one of the most corrupt affairs of Edi Rama's government. The artificial obstacles in the commission of inquiry are not meant to hinder us. Whoever participated in the crime of stealing the health of Albanians, should not sleep peacefully! Every stolen penny must be returned to the Albanians !/CNA
