In today's plenary session, Democratic MP Dashnor Sula asked the Assembly to remove from the agenda the draft decision on the establishment of the Special Anticorruption Commission, i.e. the anti-SPAK commission. 

Sula said that once the institutions of justice must report on the reports of 2023, then this draft decision should be put on the agenda in another session.  

He said that first there should be discussion and debate.

"I would like to ask you that in today's session on the agenda, where we also have the draft decision for the Anticorruption Commission, the reason why I am asking to be withdrawn has to do with the reporting of independent institutions, especially the justice system, which have reported to the Commission of Laws and one of the points of discussion and debate that Dumani had, where he said that in fulfilling the tasks of leaving the recommendations of 2023, we were unable to complete them due to the effective lack of time. I think and judge that these institutions to report, to have debates here and then this commission that you have so much in mind, I don't believe that it will disrupt work for another 2 weeks that corruption was not fought", said Sula. /CNA
