This anti-SPAK commission will be headed by Fatmir Xhafaj and aims to control SPAK.
The draft decision specifies that the Special Commission will consist of 11 members, of which 6 are representatives of the parliamentary majority and 5 are representatives of the parliamentary minority.
For the establishment of the anti-SPAK commission, the majority does not have the support of the opposition, which has expressed itself against it. Lulzim Basha's MPs have stated earlier that they are against his appointment.
