Klotilda Bushka, Veliaj's candidate who is being investigated by SPAK

Erion Veliaj's candidate, the chairwoman of the Laws Committee, the number two in Parliament who tampered with evidence for a defendant, is under investigation, according to SPAK data.

Bushka was summoned to SPAK on February 24 as being implicated in the Veliaj case.

Today, Klotilda Bushka, Veliaj's candidate for Tirana, appeared in one of the media outlets, saying that her colleagues are being investigated .

He has even stated that in Albania, freedom of expression is confused with freedom of defamation and people's mouths cannot be shut.

In fact, the person being investigated is not the colleagues, but directly Klotilda Bushka , who is being investigated under the Criminal Procedure Code for the offense of "Actions that hinder the discovery of the truth."

" The Special Prosecution Office is conducting preliminary investigations against the deputy of the Albanian Parliament, citizen KB. The latter's name has been registered in the relevant register of notifications as a person suspected of committing the criminal offense of "Actions that impede the discovery of the truth", provided for by Article 301 of the Criminal Code. Up to this stage, it is established that there is concrete data that leads to reasonable suspicion that the person under investigation KB has committed active illegal actions that have interfered with the investigation of the proceeding body in relation to criminal proceedings no. 27 of 2024 ", the SPAK announcement said.

 

 

Klotida Bushka is trying to lie, and neither the media, nor democracy, nor the rule of law are to blame.
