Prime Minister Edi Rama, in a meeting with young people in Tropoja, appealed to them not to leave.

According to him, Tropoja and the whole of Albania is flourishing and very soon those who fled will return.

He also spoke about young people who received scholarships to study abroad and never returned. He said that the plan is being looked at to stop funding the school from the state, in order to prevent the escape of young people.

 "The recruitment of nurses is done through the portal, for years they have not received nurses to take them to work. This was done before, with slapstick parties, it doesn't happen anymore. There are a lot of girls and boys who finish nursing and go to Germany, we still don't have a shortage.

We are studying it and it will most likely happen and we have also linked it to scholarship levels. The students have taken the money from the state and have not returned", said Rama./ CNA.al
