Alibeaj's proposal for a joint candidate/ Berisha answers

The chairman of PD Sali Berisha responded today to Enkelejd Alibeaj's proposal to come out with a common candidate.

The condition set by Alibeaj was to do 50% race in the primaries and 50% polls for the favorite of the Democrats.

Berisha has said that he has no objection to conducting surveys, but they cost money.

According to him, 800 thousand to 1 million euros are needed, which the Democratic Party does not have.

"I have no objection to polls, to be honest. But polls cannot replace polls. That billions of euros were not spent in the world for elections, but polls were conducted. But to take on the task of canvassing for candidates across the country, you need to make 800 to 1 million euros. But we don't have them.

I would welcome the request let's make the vote better, more transparent. But we cannot replace the polls with the vote. Digital polls, if done with proper techniques, are proven to be more accurate.
