Doctor Ilir Alimehmeti has spoken about the construction of towers in Tirana, where he also shows his proposal on how construction should work.

Invited to Opinion, Alimehmeti says that this should be decided by referendum and asking the residents if they agree.

Por mundet të jenë përkundrejt interesit dhe dëshirës së banorëve dhe gjithë atyre që shfrytëzojnë terrenin. Mund të jetë një plan urbanistik, por kundër dëshirës së popullatës.
