The deputy of the Democratic Party, Luciano Boçi, has accused Prime Minister Edi Rama of lying to the Albanians, regarding the opening of negotiations.

Ne jemi partia e integrimit, e idesë së parë të tij, e nënshkrimit të MSA, paraqitjes së kërkesës për pranimin e Shqipërisë si vend anëtar ne BE, liberalizimit të vizave dhe marrjes së statusit të vendit kandidat nga Komisioni, të cilin e bllokoi Edi Rama.

Jemi partia e anëtarësimit të plotë të vendit në NATO.

Si të tillë dhe si shqiptarë, duam të ju bëjmë me dije disa teza të ekspertëve të marrëdhënieve ndërkombëtare në lidhje me atë që cilësohet si ‘çelje negociatash’ dhe procesin në vijim:

-Për të filluar negociatat, vendi kandidat duhet të plotësojë vetëm kriteret politike, të tjerat duhet të përmbushen gjatë fazës së negociatave;

-Nëse vendi nuk bën progres negociata ngecin në vend;

-Çdo vend anëtar mund të kundërshtojë mbyllje ose hapjen e kapitujve të anëtarësimit;
