The National Council of the Democratic Party of Vula decided a little while ago to cancel the July 29 elections for the new leader.

The council has considered the July 29 election process as unconstitutional and a farce.

This decision comes after successive clashes in the DP of the seal. 19 members of the Presidency held a meeting and decided July 29 as the election date for the new head.

The candidates Lulzim Basha and Gjergj Hani were approved in the race. On the other hand, Gazment Bardhi and several deputies of the Democratic Party of Vula opposed the election race.

In public appearances, Bardhi has stated that the race is unconstitutional and a farce. For this reason, he called the National Council to a meeting.

The latter decided with a majority of votes that the elections will not be held on July 29./ CNA.al
