The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, was asked at a media conference about SPAK's subpoena for the "January 21" file.

Berisha said that he has always responded to every summons, but first one has to go. Regarding this summons, Berisha said that it is being used for propaganda by those who he described as servants of the gang that robs Albanians.

Regarding the "January 21" issue, Berisha said that this event was previously investigated by a fierce enemy of his and the DP, referring to former Chief Prosecutor Ina Rama.
