Democratic MP, Belind Këlliçi, was present this Saturday at the meeting of the DP National Assembly.

While speaking to the audience, Këlliç focused on the opposition's confrontation with the government, which he described as a corporation of fear and blackmail.

The Democrat underlined that one of the opposition's battles was against Tirana Mayor Erion Veliaj, who, as he said, is in prison, where he deserved to be.

According to Këlliç, the National Assembly being held today should be like a dress rehearsal before Albanians, of a government in waiting.

"We are faced with a government that functions entirely as a corporation of fear and blackmail. Albanians showed by voting that they reject the narco-state, depopulation, mass murder from air pollution. After the diabolical slander and attacks we received during the campaign, the Democrats never thought of stopping. We managed to put Erion Veliaj where he deserved to be for a long time. We saved the DP after resistance and battles, and we have a moral obligation to ask whether we saved it only to keep it alive or to keep it more alive than ourselves.
