The new prefect of the Kukes District is appointed/The Council of Ministers is elected

The Council of Ministers decided today to dismiss the prefect of the Kukës District, Agron Geca.

The new prefect, Mr. Dritan Baji, was appointed to this position.

These changes were approved at today's meeting.

This decision takes effect immediately.

According to the DCM:

"ON THE RELEASE AND APPOINTMENT OF THE PREFECT OF THE KUKE DISTRICT"

In support of Articles 100 and 114 of the Constitution and Article 5 of Law No. 107/2016, “On the District Prefect”, as amended, upon the proposal of the Minister of Interior, the Council of Ministers

DECIDED:

1. Mr. Agron Geca, prefect of the Kukës District, is relieved of this duty.

2. Mr. Dritan Baji is appointed prefect of the Kukes District." / CNA
