"The Albanian economy is a facade"/ Teliti: Albania is being eroded by

Democrat Dorjan Teliti commented extensively today regarding Albania's economic situation.

Invited to "Syri TV", Teliti stated that tax evasion, crime, corruption and clientelism are among the biggest problems in the country, due to which the Albanian economy is unable to survive.

According to Telit, the flow of dirty money is merely an external gloss, as the country's economic situation is a facade.

Teliti added that unemployment and migration are a reality that is immediately apparent as soon as Albanians leave their homes.

"Who wants, who will keep the Albanians afloat? Who is keeping the manufacturing industry afloat? Nobody, that's why it's in bankruptcy. Who is keeping Albanian agriculture afloat? Nobody, that's why it's in bankruptcy. INSTAT itself says it, it's been saying it for three years, these two sectors are in recession. And to go back to a reality before the '90s, where the centralized economy, that is, where the state kept the economy afloat, kept the state afloat, is not an alarm bell, but the scandal of scandals in terms of the economic aspect. But where does this reflect? It reflects on the well-being of Albanians. One thing is certain: the poor class does not buy, after the middle class, it is not buying either. Here, a handful of people buy, who have the vast majority of their money, not all of them, but the vast majority of them, that is, theirs in illegal forms. Someone has it from tax evasion, that is, the gray economy, or someone has money from crime, corruption, clientelism and so on, black money. It is money that is outside the system, because a country that on the one hand has INSTAT that officializes an economic crisis, crisis, yes crisis. Keeping the state afloat by the state is a crisis, and on the other hand, being sold at Milan prices, at Rome prices, or London or Munich prices, this is something that is not explained in any theory or the economic practice of all other countries.

This is explained by only one case: where the flow of money that is outside the system, that is, dirty money, undeclared money, money that has not come from the sweat of one's brow, that has not come from business efforts, that has not come from the normal economic development of a country, are countries that are destined to go bankrupt in the medium and long term.

Ndërkohë nga ana tjetër, brenda, një ekonomi dhe një shoqëri e cila po grryen veten e vet, e cila po ha atë pak dhjamë që i ka mbetur kockës, po ku do shkojë, çdo gjë e ka një limit. Dhe limiti përfundimtar është dhe kjo deklarata e sotme, e zyrtarizuar tashmë nga vetë INSTAT-i, ku thuhet që praktikisht ekonomia shqiptare nuk mbahet më në këmbë nga sektorët prodhues, nga sektori i shërbimeve, nga sektori i turizmit, nga sektori i bujqësisë. Po mbahet në këmbë nga vetë shteti.

Shteti që mban në këmbë shtetin, është një strukturë praktikisht që mban në këmbë 200-300 mijë veta. Po 2 milionë shqiptarët e tjerë, kush do, kush do t'i mbajë në këmbë? Po mbahet në këmbë nga shteti, po mbahet në këmbë nga punësimet... Po pra, është një shtet i cili mban në këmbë 200-300 mijë veta që punojnë në shtet, administrata, ata që janë të lidhur, që marrin rrogën e tyre, e çojnë në shtëpi, bëjnë sikur s'po ndodh gjë. Janë tashmë, janë të mësuar fatkeqësisht me këtë komoditetin e rehatllëkut negativ, që nuk reagojnë, që thonë shyqyr që kam pak bukë në shtëpi, që kam dy para për të paguar faturën e energjisë, shyqyr të paktën ha se po i blej këto librat për fëmijën tim e kështu me radhë, dhe nuk shohin përtej kunjit të shtëpisë së vet. Ke tabela bizneset kudo përpara, luteshin rinia dhe njerëzit që të punësoheshin këtu edhe 10 vjet më para. Nuk gjenin dot vende pune. Sot ti ke vende pune, po njerëzit kanë ikur. Po pse kanë ikur njerëzit? Kanë ikur se këtu pagat kanë qenë skandaloze dhe janë skandaloze. Këtu nuk ke siguri arsimore, përsa i përket sistemit arsimor. Këtu mos paç kurrë hall, mos të çoftë zoti te shëndetësia, se o ke mik, o ke pare, ndryshe nuk, nuk zgjidh dot gjë. Këtu shërbimet e përgjithshme janë në nivelet më të ulëta të mundshme.
