Today, a fight was reported in the premises of the "Farije Hoti" Sports Palace, where Asllan Dogjani got out of control, insulting and threatening KAS members and counters.

After this event, the Complaints and Sanctions Commission has taken the final decision to ban Asllan Dogjani from staying in the premises of the "Farije Hoti" Sports Palace where the votes for the Tirana district are being recounted.

KAS has requested police assistance to remove Dogjani from the premises of the Sports Palace, finding that he has repeatedly violated the rules of observing the process by intimidating the counters and threatening and insulting KAS members.

"Today, on 23.06.2025, at 12:55, KAS decided to request police assistance in the premises of the "Farie Hoti" Sports Palace, to remove citizen Asllan Dogjani from the premises where the vote counting is taking place, who has repeatedly violated the rules of observing the process by intimidating the counters and threatening and insulting KAS members.

Despite constant calls to maintain calm and respect the rules, Mr. Dogjani has continued with unacceptable behavior, for these reasons, the KAS.

Decide:

"To prohibit Mr. Asllan Dogjani from staying in the premises of the sports palace and to request the police to take measures for his removal, namely to not allow him to enter the premises where the counting is taking place," the decision states.

The decision was taken unanimously 5-0 by the members of the KAS, consisting of representatives of the DP and SP, as well as the rapporteur of the case, Ledio Braho.

So, in unison, KAS and DP representatives expelled Dogjani from the premises where the votes were being recounted after they saw all the stupidity he committed by violating the rules, obstructing the process, and most seriously, intimidating and threatening members of the Complaints and Sanctions Commission and the counters.

In the end, Dogjani was expelled by his own people, after DP representatives in the KAS, such as Elvis Çefa and the rapporteur of the case Ledio Braho and other members saw and heard his screams and threats in an unprecedented manner./ CNA
