"DP has not been stopped by pressures"/ Nuri: We will reveal the truth

The Democratic Party's legal advisor to the CEC, Franc Nuri, stated today that the election manipulation scandal is essentially a distortion of the will of citizens.

In an interview on 'Syri Tv', Nuri stated that the DP has not been stopped by the pressures exerted to highlight the truth.

Nuri added that the DP will publish evidence every day, including materials that have not yet been processed.

"It is one of the strongest and harshest reports of the Council of Europe in the last 20 years, since 2001, when there was the scandal of manipulation of the Dushku elections, a deformation of the will of the citizens. It is the same thing. The 2025 elections have been hit hard by the internationals with shocking facts, it exceeds diplomatic language and speaks in harsh tones, doing a real 'autopsy' of the May 11 elections, which were an electoral farce and the evidence is coming out.

The truth has not stopped, all the pressures that have been exerted, the truth is finally coming out. Just as the DP has been releasing all the evidence for weeks, the truth is undeniable. The result was not the will of the citizens. The result of May 11, after manipulations with the vote of the diaspora and the citizens, that result did not reflect the will of the citizens.

Even the leftists were not enthusiastic, it is like someone who knows that he does not deserve that result. Like a student who takes an exam by cheating, so did a part of the SP electorate feel that the elections were manipulated. We had a duty as the opposition to fact-check every international factor. These latest international reports are a pure 'radiography' of the electoral farce of May 11. These reports in 90% have only criticisms, and serious concerns for democracy in Albania, serious violations of the law.

They don't understand patronage, internationals, we have to explain it to them. KAS and CEC relativize things. Vlora, Berat, Dibra and Shkodra will be contested. CEC does not consider international reports as evidence. CEC representatives become 1 with SP representatives, they maintain a tough line, a pro-active role in SP reports, to the extent that SP representatives do not defend their issues, since they are CEC members.
