Kelliç's denunciation/ The two new vice-mayors of Tirana

The member of the Presidency of the DP, Belind Kelliçi, denounced in a press release the two new vice-mayors of the municipality of Tirana, Frida Pashako and Jonida Halili.

Kelliçi said that the two new municipal officials were reported to SPAK by the opposition for two different cases.

Regarding Pashako, he said that he has been denounced for alienation and falsification of data for the properties benefited by Armando Lilos' "Arlis Construction", for the "Square 21" complex.

As for Halil, the former deputy stated that he appears as a key point of the Tirana Municipality, in the calculation of the income that should benefit from the corrupt concession of the ghost incinerator of Tirana.

When you are all waiting for the new justice bodies to finally do their job and react to the theft of the century through the ghost Incinerator of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, with an act of mockery and humiliation towards SPAK, has appointed two deputies. the new presidents of the most corrupt institution in Europe, Tirana Municipality, respectively, Mrs. Frida Pashako and Mrs. Jonida Halili.

Both of these citizens, representatives of municipal corruption, are subjects of SPAK due to our reports in two separate cases. Frida Pashako has been reported by the opposition for the case of alienation and falsification of data on the properties obtained in violation of the law, by the company 'Arlis Construction', for the complex 'Square 21', built on the land of the former Municipal Police.

A corrupt agreement of the Tirana Municipality with this subject, where the negotiations and approval came from Mrs. Pashako, then in the capacity of the General Director of Urban Planning and Territorial Development, which rewarded, in an unprecedented act, the builder of 7 floors without a permit in the heart of Tirana, in front of Erion Veliaj's office, the famous Armand Lilo.

SPAK is still tight-lipped about this report.

Citizen Jonida Halili, cited with this title by the Head of SPAK himself, Mr. Altin Dumani, in the relation addressed to the Assembly of Albania for the removal of the immunity of the former Deputy Prime Minister Arben Ahmetaj, appears as a key point of the Municipality of Tirana, in the calculation of the income that should have benefited from the corrupt concession of the ghost incinerator of Tirana.

In May 2018, Jonida Halili sends an e-mail to Taulant Tusha, the director now sacrificed by Erion Veliaj.

In this e-mail are the concessionaire's money calculations and this e-mail ends from Taulant Tusha, to Klodian Zoto himself. This fact cited by Altin Dumani, but hidden by prosecutor Dritan Prençi in the investigation file of Tirana.

This citizen is not only not questioned or investigated by SPAK, but in an act of contempt and mockery towards the prosecution body, she is already appointed as number 2 of the Municipality of Tirana. 

 With this standard of humiliation towards SPAK, Erion Veliaj proves that the only people who can be affected by justice in this country are those for whom the state party gives permission. The fact that these two ladies are promoted and not investigated speaks volumes for the standard of the new justice bodies.

These facts, mentioned today in this statement, have been officially sent to the Head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, and I again take the opportunity to guarantee the citizens of Tirana that where SPAK does not dare to see, we see.

The Democratic Party will continue to officially notify this structure of any criminal fact and then the burden of proof falls on the prosecution body itself.

To date, from what we have seen, it appears that SPAK has simply turned into the defense force of a governing criminal structure, directed by Edi Rama and Erion Veliaj./ CNA
