Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, in a conference from the headquarters of the Democratic Party, accused two SPAK prosecutors, Arben Kraja and Dritan Prençi 

According to Berisha, Kraja was a state security agent, while Prençi has connections with Klodian Zoto. 

The head of the DP also published a document, in which, according to him, Arben Kraja condemned the young man from Shkodran in 1990 because he did not accept communist morality. 

"The amnesty of Erion Veliajt from Kraja-Prençi is the most heinous crime in the history of the Albanian investigation.
It constitutes the most flagrant violation of the laws of the country and the usurpation of the power of the parliament, which the Constitution recognizes the right of amnesty. Taking with the amnesties, it turns out that these are delinquents and persons who, in a flagrant conflict of interest, have announced the amnesty of Erion Veliaj, Edi Rama, Agaç, Artur Metani and others.
Arben Kraja, the former hangman investigator of the State Security, who has sentenced and in 1990, a young man in Shkodër for the sole fault of not accepting communist morality. This investigator says that he violated the norms of communist morality. The case remains in the state prosecutor's office in flagrant contradiction with the current law on the prosecution and Article 6 of the Constitution of Albania. What is his integrity to be a salaryman, is this evidence, which this act did not perform in 1995, 1996 or 1970, but performed a year after the fall of the Berlin Wall and the chain of dictatorships communist. Kraja is an irresponsible person, who should never have dealt with the Veliaj file, with the file of the Tirana arsonist, because his nephew and niece are Erion Veliaj's closest collaborators in the Municipality of Tirana. In any way, they have had the doors open to influence Kraja, but the result proves itself, it is the unimaginable amnesty of the man who signed the theft of about 1 billion euros in the city of Tirana in 30 years by himself and Edi Rama ", says Berisha. /CNA
