After the imprisonment of MP Ervin Salianji, the Democratic Party has launched a file with their claims about the "Babale" case in the main offices and media of the world.

In 15 points, the denunciations about this file are briefly explained, which started in 2018 when Ervin Salianji published the audio recordings.

DP has sent the final decision of the Italian Court, where it sentenced the brother of the Minister of the Interior, Agron Xhafaj, to 7 years and 4 months in prison for international drug trafficking.

The file reflects the fact that after the denunciations against Agron Xhafaj, his brother, Minister of the Interior, Fatmir Xhafaj, resigned from his position.

"The political decision to imprison the oppositionist Ervin Salianji was made by the judicial body, composed of judges Genti Shala and Iliba Bezati. Genti Shala is a former political representative of the Socialist Party in the Central Election Commission and a candidate for a member of the Supreme Court, where the strong connections of Fatmir Xhafaj are known", it is stated, among other things, in the documents sent by the PD to the chancelleries and the world media./ CNA
