Has concluded contract no. 1147/1 dt 19.06.2023 with object: "Meremetim and Waterproofing of 9-year-old Schools" Velcë, Lubonjë, Ramicë and Peshkpi, worth 116 thousand euros and contractor BOE APIS CONSTRUCTION & Asi-2A CO, who did not present the offer anymore low, 60 days from the date of conclusion of the contract;

The contract was signed on July 9, 2024 with the object: Reconstruction of the 9-year-old school 'Dëshmorët e Peshpëpi', term 7 months, worth 753 thousand euros, and contractor Asi-2A CO shpk with the owner's husband of the deputy mayor of Fier, Eleni Gjikondaj, previously denounced by PD.

According to the architectural relation of the first contract, interventions for all 4 schools would consist of: waterproofing, skidding, demolition of the layers on the terrace, etc.

The second contract of July 2024, for the complete reconstruction of the 9-year-old school 'Dëshmorët e Peškepi', paradoxically includes works part of the previous tender.

So, in 2023, they conclude a contract for waterproofing and waterproofing, and 3 months later, in 2023, the tender for the design of the reconstruction of the 9-year-old school "Dë?morët e Peshkip?" is announced, a reconstruction that was concluded with the respective contract on July 9, 2024.

But this was not understood by the mayor Nertil Ballaj who says:

"There is no conflict of interest. I don't need who is doing the work. Last year, the tender was made for the repairs of the facilities, which disturb the students, and this year for its complete reconstruction.

According to this logic, every year a tender must be made for the 'demolitions made by the students' and the same year the procedures for the complete reconstruction begin.

This is the logic of the corrupt, not the city administrators and the funds provided by the taxes of the residents of Selenica.
