Argita and Jamarbër Malltezi

Argita and Jamarbër Malltezi submitted a criminal complaint to the prosecutors and judges of the special structure.

Specifically, in the first lawsuit, Argita Malltezi requests criminal prosecution for the criminal offense "Abuse of duty", "Committing arbitrary actions", "Not taking measures to stop the illegal situation" carried out in cooperation, provided for by article 248, 250 , 251 and 25 of the Criminal Code of citizens:

-Enkeleda Millona , ??prosecutor in the Special Prosecutor's Office for Corruption and Organized Crime in Tirana.

-Arben Kraja, prosecutor in the Special Prosecutor's Office for Corruption and Organized Crime in Tirana.

-Irena Gjoka , judge in the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime.

-Ilirjana Olldashi , judge at the Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime.

Argita Malltezi filed the lawsuit at the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction in Tirana.

The lawsuit was filed by her, as the daughter of the leader of the Albanian opposition, who is currently a defendant by the Special Prosecutor's Office.

Meanwhile, the second lawsuit has been filed at the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Tirana by Jamërbër Malltezi.

He requests criminal prosecution for the criminal offense "Illegal initiation of criminal prosecution" provided by Article 313 of the Criminal Code, "Forgery of documents" provided for by Article 186/3 of the Criminal Code, committed in cooperation, according to Article 25 of Criminal Code, of citizens:
