The head of the DP, Sali Berisha, at the next meeting, from the balcony of his apartment, asked all the opposition, the democrats to stand up in protest, after the decision of the Court of Appeal, which sentenced Ervin Salianj to one year in prison.

"The hit by political process of Ervin Salianji is an ugly act, a blind political revenge of Edi Rama and Fatmir Xhafaj. It is a tribute to every oppositionist who considers crime, drugs as a major danger to his being, his existence, to the laws for order, the constitution and the country.

This blow to the series of strikes on the opposition of political arrests and political imprisonment is a call, it is an appeal to the entire opposition to stand up today or never. It's our turn. Tonight, I appeal to Albanians everywhere, to the opposition wherever they are, to stand up tooth for tooth with these criminals tooth for tooth with these horra traffickers and thugs.

Let's put everything aside, start the battle for the existence of the opposition, for the law, for the constitution, for the sovereignty of Albania", said Berisha.

So, Berisha is asking that the citizens and the opposition come out in protests for the "severed head" of justice Ervin Salianji.

For the "severed head" by the judging panel, which is actually the same one that gave the seal to Berisha in June, and which the head of the DP praised by writing: "History will give this decision the great merit of preventing a true mynxyre for the country, the capture of political pluralism by the state party" 

The question that arises is simple: When you did not protest the decision of the seal, why are you protesting the decision against Salianji?

Is the issue of Salianj more important than the seal and sigla of the DP?
