Ervin Salianji

Article 71 of the Constitution point "dh" clearly states that with the decision given by the Court of Appeal, a final decision, Salianji's mandate has ended and that he is no longer a deputy, he no longer has immunity.

The only thing that is expected now is the disclosure of the decision by the Prosecutor, the arrest of Salianji and his transportation to the cell. It is not known if the police are monitoring Salianj, who already thinking that he has the mandate may make an attempt to leave Albania.

Although today he has stated that he will not leave but he would gladly go to prison after the sentence given for one year of deprivation of liberty by the Court of Appeal.

The document below shows article 71 of the Constitution which clearly shows when a deputy loses his mandate or when his mandate is removed.

According to point "Dh", Article 71 of the Constitution states that "the mandate of the deputy ends or is invalid, when he is convicted by a final court decision for committing a crime".
