The former member of the National Council of the DP, Indrit Vokshi, has reacted to Ervin Salianji's one-year prison sentence, for a false report, related to the "Babale" file.

Vokshi declares that the accusations against Fatmir Xhafaj's brother as a trafficker have been raised by 20 deputies of the Democratic Party.

He says that if Salianj's punishment was a matter of "free and democratic speech", the other 20 PD MPs would have been punished as well.

The former member of the National Council of the DP raises two questions, who used Salianji in the intrigue to create the file for Xhafaj and how is it possible for the DP to fall victim to "Babale" and Fredi Alizoti who produced false evidence for to receive the promised 200,000 euros from the PD.

Regarding the punishment of MP Salianji:

Some 20 PD MPs have accused Fatmir Xhafa of having a brother who is a trafficker. No one has sued or convicted them.

We too, all together, have said that Xhafa has a brother convicted of drugs. I personally gave a megaphone speech in front of the Ministry of the Interior of Jaffa. No one has ever been sued or convicted for false reporting.

Why?

Because we are not caught in the "law's circle". If you say that Fatmir Xhafa has a brother who is a trafficker, no one can do anything to you, since the person Agron Xhafa has an official conviction for drug trafficking. It is a public fact.

And it is not that these "discovered" that Agron Xhafa has been convicted in Italy. The conviction in Italy has been revealed since 2012, when the PD deputy, Fatos Hoxha, from the Assembly, stated that Xhafa's brother was convicted for drugs. I remember it.

The problem was the involvement in the "operation" to create a wiretapping (which turned out to be staged) and a video as if Agron Xhafa was trafficking drugs (which turned out not to be true), with the aim of publishing them in the media. Here is the essence, not in the public denunciation that the brother of Minister Xhafa has a conviction for drugs, since as I wrote above, this denunciation was made as early as 2012.

Herein lies the difference between the people who denounced Xhafa as a trafficker and the people who were involved in "operations" which the court dismissed as "false evidence".

If it was a matter of "free and democratic speech" the other 20 deputies would have been punished. However, it is a little different and most of those who speak, apparently, have not read the court's decision.

Everyone knew that Salianji will be punished after he got busy with the law. Some have told him to fix it with Xhafa, some have not spoken to him, as they thought he was wise enough to figure it out on his own. What was he doing? He shot videos in front of the palaces rumored to belong to the "Xhafa Clan". That is, Xhafa, who had it in his hands legally, had to withdraw out of fear, not by agreement. The only school that the cadets of Aguri and DP know is the school of the one up there, they have not received "extracurricular" lectures.

I have two questions: Who used this deputy, clearly an amateur in intrigue, to create a file on Xhafa? Who gave him a guarantee that he will not be affected by justice? Because regardless of what is said, from the administered telephone records, the deputy is found to be an accomplice in the process of creating false evidence in order to provoke a criminal proceeding. This is not public accusation, it is something more than public accusation.

Next question:

How is it possible for a party like DP, which has twice appointed the head of the Intelligence Service, has appointed several interior ministers, prosecutors and judges, to be a victim of that Babale and Fredi Alizoti who produce fake evidence to get PD , the promised 200 thousand euros? How is such incompetence possible in intrigue? How is it possible so thick? I have half the explanation; the party which believes that National Security is guaranteed with former chiefs of police stations who beat prisoners.

Then they complain that Xhafa doesn't kill us because he is Enver's investigator. Yes, there are Enver's investigators and Enver's judges living in the world, everyone's challenge is to be more advanced than them. Imagine how old-fashioned these are, that they are afraid of the investigators of Enver's time when today, anyone, can be the most advanced "investigator" and surpass them. No, they have a mental nail on Enver's investigators, as they feed on the chatter of old men who talk to coffee only about investigations and episodes of that time.

A closing clarification: I could also write that this is an attack on free speech, democratic voting, universal principles, etc. in order to be "correct" and "acceptable" for the formation of DP militants.

But I am choosing to tell you some harsher truths. First of all, because there is no point in going after the DP militants, today they insult you, tomorrow they love you, as the saying goes, today they are "loving" the one whom yesterday they were insulting because he came out with a stick in his hand on January 8, 2022.

Second, they deserve a few "shovels to the mugs" to sober up, as they have been blinded. They think that doing politics only means cursing, declaring militant allegiances, believing conspiracy theories and expecting that after this, something magical will happen.

Politics does not mean only shouting, cursing, stones and needles. Politics means ingenuity, knowledge, strategy, cunning, organizational and communication skills, public and community credo.

These, more than the victims of Rama and Xhafa, are victims of their incompetence in intrigue and politics. They go and put the mugs in the cart, then they complain why we got the cart of crime, the cart of Enver Hoxha. They also use this to burn the mandates of the municipalities, they handed them in themselves, then they complained, not because Rama used it.

Without a doubt, Fatmir Xhafa used every legal space to hit those who shot the video and audio - and there was enough legal space. Xhafa did not agree to be merciful, did not agree to forgive him or to lock him up privately. He took them badly and "in harm", and hit them.

These others, PD, is it possible not to behave like mice and not go to put the cups in the cart and then complain why the cart was taken from us? Is it possible to get away from the pathos with regimes, dictatorships, aranit chela and focus on knowledge, ingenuity, organization, narrative, credo, with the aim of recovery?
