Dash Sula reveals the phone call with Rama: He invited me to contribute to the state

Former DP MP Dashnor Sula has revealed his communication with Prime Minister Edi Rama. In a statement to journalist Ola Bruko, Dash Sula revealed that Rama has contacted him personally and expressed respect for his integrity in his 20-year political career.

He revealed that Rama invited him to contribute to the Albanian state, but the response, according to him, was negative.

 "He told me that he respects my dignity and integrity as an unsung hero and invited me to contribute to the Albanian state where I see fit. I told him that I'm not ready," Sula said.

The former MP indicated that the phone call took place in August or September. He said that he thanked Rama for the appreciation despite the political confrontations and debates.

 "It shows value and courage when the Albanian prime minister evaluates a political opponent for his character and invites him to contribute to the state's institutions," Sula declared./ CNA
