Ylli Manjani seeks Rama-Berisha bargain/ Makes offer to attack justice

The man who started politics as a socialist, ended up with Meta's LSI, became Rama's minister, then was his enemy, now that Veliaj has been arrested, he has become an "enemy" of justice, of the fight against crime and corruption.

Ylli Manjani has gone on an open political bargaining offer to make an amnesty, which should save Erion Veliaj, Ilir Meta, but also Sali Berisha.

According to what Manjani writes, it is not known whether it comes from his mouth as a proposal or is an offer that Erion Veliaj sends as a signal from Durrës prison, or a torpedo launched by Edi Rama because it is said that parliament must give a strong message to justice.

Parliament should pardon Erion Veliaj as a man voted into office. So if you are in office and you are caught stealing, you should not be in prison, you should stay at work and continue stealing or destroying evidence, as is the case with Erion Veliaj.

Because Manjani and others are not saying that Manjani was imprisoned after it was proven that he was tampering with evidence, indisputable facts were found.

Not to mention Ilir Meta, who says he should be released because he was president. He has done harm to the party and the country, not the state. But this amnesty, according to Manjani, should also release the opposition leader, that is, Sali Berisha.

"We need an amnesty that weighs more heavily on criminal prosecution. In fact, the concept of amnesty was invented for this phase. That there is individualized forgiveness for the convicted.

Today is the moment for Parliament to send a strong message to justice, especially criminal prosecution for verbal abuse or cell phone messages; criminal prosecution for political hatred of opponents; criminal prosecution of the media and journalists; criminal prosecution without consequence or criminal facts; criminal prosecution that pleases the crowds and promotes popular justice.

Yes, yes, the parliament should amnesty Erion Veliaj as a man still elected to office and Ilir Meta as the president of this state, who has not yet been proven to have harmed the state. He may have harmed himself and his party, but not the state.

"Of course, the amnesty should free the opposition leader from criminal cases that have no connection to his past as Prime Minister. Along with him, his family members, who are under criminal prosecution just because they are his family members," Manjani writes.

In fact, Manjani's entire proposal seems like an offer for the parties to come together to fight SPAK. SPAK, where Ylli Manjani goes and defends his criminals, for whom he is a lawyer.

The institution that is internationally supported, that is supported by Albanians because it is fighting corruption, is putting corrupt senior officials behind bars, this is unbelievable in 35 years. Maybe there is something to criticize, there may be problems, but in fact the fight against corruption is being fought.

When "SPAK" is mentioned, politicians, high-ranking officials, and the administration of the bashibozuks, the corrupt thieves, their legs tremble.

Manjani's status, as we emphasized above, is unknown, as a request from Erion Veliaj, as a torpedo launched by Rama, as an offer for a bargain, or is Ylli Manjani requesting it for his clients who are in prison.

But that is less important. What is important is the fact that a bargain is being sought so that the parties can save each other. And this comes as an offer from Ylli Manjani, who was once Erion Veliaj's anti-corruption flagbearer, and has now become one of his public advocates.

Yesterday a great enemy of Edi Rama, the day before yesterday his minister, today again speaks with the language of the prime minister and the government, in defense of corruption and against justice and the war that is being waged against our officials, not incompetent, but corrupt, whom Ylli Manjani justifies with their election./ CNA
