Constitutional Court decision on house arrest/ Berisha: This court has nothing

DP leader Sali Berisha has commented on the Constitutional Court's decision on Berisha's appeal against house arrest. Berisha said that it makes no sense for the decision to be declared unconstitutional and not repealed.

According to the leading democrat, that decision has produced consequences, as he accused the Constitutional Court of seeking to protect Irena Gjoka, whom Berisha called a delinquent with three criminal offenses in office.

"This decision, to make it clear to citizens, has to do with my appeal against the fourth leadership. Leadership, in their vocabulary, is evidence, documents that prosecutors are obliged to present for cases every two months. On their basis, the positions of the judicial bodies are adjusted. According to the law, the prosecution must report every two months and the court of first instance reassesses the measure of arrest. Lawyers have made 4 such appeals to date. In the last appeal, the security measure of house arrest was revoked because the reason was illegal.

SPAK applied them without taking final form. No word on this case because this court has nothing to do with the law but with orders. It took the court 8 months while the legal case is 3 months. For this court, the opposition is the enemy, the untouchables of the criminal justice system. What difference did the fourth request make from the third or second, no difference, zero. SPAK did not receive any new evidence in the 2nd, 3rd, 4th directions. They do not mention my name at all. We have appealed after every decision up to the Constitutional Court. The court was not concerned by this, it has nothing to do with the rule of law. Does it make sense that the decision is declared unconstitutional but is not repealed. Look at what charlatans. That decision has produced consequences and its consequences exist. Its consequences are the measure of obligation to appear. But here they first want to protect, they are Irena, they have the moral character of Irena, a delinquent with three criminal offenses on duty.

With this decision, they have paved the way for other ministers who can be punished for monstrous crimes and corruption. At first glance, you could say that they have done justice, but they have shown themselves to be a political section of the crime party as they are./ CNA
