The Tirana Cadastre Agency reported today to SPAK the Director of the local Cadastre office in Fier, Arben Voja, and the specialist Shpresa Gjikondaj.
Regarding this lawsuit, the General Director of Cadastre, Dallandyshe Bici, reacted.
She declares that Voja and Gjikondaj have caused a damage of 9.5 million lek to the state, abusing their duties.
Bici warned the Cadastre officials that if they serve themselves and not the people they will face justice.
"Today, I signed the criminal complaint with the charge of 'Misuse of duty' and 'Forgery of documents', resulting in damage of about 9.5 million lek in the state budget, for two officials of DVASHK Fier branch, the director and a specialist. Control groups continue verifications in every directorate and office of ASHK. Those who serve the citizens have business with me. Whoever serves himself to the detriment of the people, exploiting the trust of the state, has business with the Prosecutor's Office", says Bici's reaction./ CNA.al
