Investment quality/ Rama responds to citizens: Only European standard

Prime Minister Edi Rama has responded to questions addressed to him on social platforms and this time he focused on comments made on the quality of investments in Albania.

To a comment from a citizen that the Murriz tunnel, inaugurated today by Rama, does not meet European criteria, Rama responded that not only the tunnel, but every investment is of a European standard.

Rama emphasized that the Government has made up its mind to make it a member state of the European Union by 2030.

"Today I am freed from a real nightmare, from the Hawthorn Tunnel. An unprecedented trap of nature."

Where I said we fell and we're never going to get out again.

Not only that tunnel, but every infrastructure work we build; roads, schools, hospitals, is only with European standards, because we have made up our minds, we will make this country a member of the European Union, by 2030.

"And this means that not only will we give every Albanian a European passport, but we will also passportize Albania in Europe," Rama said. /CNA
