Opening of the Murriz Tunnel/ Berisha: I hope it works

The Murriz Tunnel will be opened today. Regarding this development, DP leader Sali Berisha said that it is an axis that started 16 years ago and he hopes that it will function, although the road has many problems and, according to the opposition leader, its parameters are outside the standards.

"The Arbri Road is inaugurated 16 years after its beginning. 32 km of this road were inaugurated before 2013.

I sincerely hope that the tunnel will function because in my opinion it was built in violation of the conditions and recommendations of the most prestigious companies. I hope it will be successful, but the area is really problematic.

"The other parameters of that road are piecemeal. There is no parameter, no standard that it must meet," Berisha declared./ CNA
