The American Secretary of State, Antony Blinken, spoke in harsh tones to Russia for the aggression in Ukraine and the blocking of the agreement on the export of grain.

Blinken told the Security Council that Russia's actions could drastically reduce grain shipments, and according to him, only Moscow would benefit from this.

He stated that the US will not give up and will support Ukraine in this situation.

"Russia is mining grain storage sites. As a result, transport can be reduced by 2 million tons and is equivalent to 5.5 billion loaves of bread in the world. Russia is doing it. The hungrier the world, the more Moscow benefits.

Russia is using Iranian drones to attack Ukraine, violating resolution 2231 against Iran. Recently, Russia actually held a meeting with the representative of North Korea. He expressed that he had full support for Russia's war of aggression. Cooperation between Moscow and Pyongyang would violate a number of resolutions of this council.

So, there are countries that continue to oppose what the Security Council represents. Putin keeps betting that if he keeps up the violence, if he can cause enough suffering, the world will give up on principles and Ukraine will stop defending itself, but the Ukrainians don't give up.
