Berisha: DP would be in power if 2 billion euros were not used for the campaign

DP leader Sali Berisha stated at the DP National Council meeting that the Democratic Party would be in power if 2 billion euros were not used before the elections, 77 million euros in the electoral campaign, and if gangs were not used to terrorize citizens and buy votes.
