Baton Haxhiu: Rama's government is coming to an end

Journalist for Rilindja Baton Haxhiu has stated that Rama's government is coming to an end and that within the SP, a new leader is being planned.

Invited to Blendi Fevziu's "Opinion" show, he stated that Rama's only sin is that he failed to remove either women or educated people from the ability to corrupt.

Excerpt from the conversation on the show

Blendi Fevziu: What is happening inside the Socialist Party?

Baton Haxhiu: The history of protagonism within the PS is not at the level of submission that Dashi says. However, there have been projections and there are projections for a new leadership because they do not compete with Rama because they are incapable of doing that job, with discourse, with actions, with working hours, with creativity. A new generation that has not had important political figures except Gramoz Ruçi, the others are useless, this generation is more capable than the one that was before, but they are not political figures. Rama has designed a government with educated people and women.

What Rama did not achieve in this 12-year period of governance is that he did not remove either women or educated people from the ability to be corrupted. This is the sin. What is the other sin? Being a strong figure Rama, they projected themselves as who is the second person who will replace him. That is why there was this battle once with Saimir Tahiri, who was a beautifully articulated and combative political exponent.

Then another exponent who was, but is no longer, Erion Veliaj. Then other exponents who are eager for the fact that Rama's government is coming to an end. And why did Balluku come now? And why is he such a figure? Because all these others have stepped outside that framework of the SP and have functioned as leaders within their own fiefdom.

Blendi Fevziu: Do you think they think Rama could leave?

Baton Haxhiu: Of course they think so.

Blendi Fevziu: I think they are afraid to even think about this.

Baton Haxhiu: It is legitimate to do that./ CNA
